1. Digital Products and Services
1.1. Geodata and AI Solutions
For digital geodata products, AI solutions, and other digital deliverables:
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most of our standard digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Evaluation Period: We recommend that you fully evaluate our digital products during this 30-day period to ensure they meet your requirements.
- Custom Solutions: For custom-developed AI or geodata solutions that have been created according to your specifications, refunds are generally not available once the development has begun, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
1.2. Subscriptions
For subscription-based services:
- Prorated Refunds: If you cancel a subscription, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing cycle, depending on the specific subscription terms.
- Trial Periods: If you cancel during a free trial period, no refund will be issued as no payment has been made.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions paid in advance, refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis and will generally be prorated based on the time remaining in the subscription period.
2. Consulting and Professional Services
2.1. Project-Based Services
For consulting, implementation, or other professional services:
- Project Commencement: Once work has commenced on a project, refunds will be determined based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
- Deposits: Project deposits may be non-refundable if stated in the project agreement or if significant work has already been performed.
- Milestone Payments: For projects with milestone-based payments, refunds will generally not be issued for completed milestones that have been delivered and accepted.
2.2. Training and Workshops
For training sessions, workshops, and educational programs:
- Cancellation by Customer: Full refunds are available if you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled training date. 50% refund if canceled 7-14 days before. No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before the scheduled date.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a training session without penalty if done more than 7 days in advance.
- Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a training session or workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Ineligible for Refund
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- After the 30-day refund period has expired (for standard digital products)
- If you have violated our Terms and Conditions
- For custom-developed solutions after development has begun (unless otherwise specified)
- If the product or service was clearly described as non-refundable
- If issues are due to your own technical environment or incompatibility that was clearly stated in product requirements
- For data processing services that have already been performed
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
